Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches across Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll travel to nearby stores with a flexible schedule and play a key role in flawless in-store execution.

Work with the Retail Territory Manager to maintain brand standards, capture display photos, and share store insights via Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive own vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and frequent moving of products.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Vero Beach, FL; secondary location Fort Pierce, FL.
• Schedule availability: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and follow negotiated plans with RTM.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant; perform physical tasks as required.
