Job summary

Mondelēz International in Beaumont, TX is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll work a flexible schedule, travel to local stores, and represent the company with professionalism.

You’ll follow DSD merchandising principles, capture display photos, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with store teams.

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Positive, professional attitude with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards.
Implement promotional displays and follow negotiated plans.
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM.
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
Communicate store-level insights via Salesforce.
Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving product.
