Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches. You’ll work with the RTM to ensure Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit and more are well presented. The role emphasizes reliable local travel, friendly customer service, and physical merchandising tasks.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid REAL ID, U.S. passport, or federal ID.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to multiple store locations with mileage reimbursement.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering excellent service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles, capturing display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant, handling products in a physically demanding environment.
