UGG in the Michigan Avenue Retail Store, Chicago, IL is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to create exceptional in-store experiences and drive brand loyalty. You will stay current on products, promotions and sustainability initiatives, and engage with customers to highlight our values and services.

As a Sales Lead you’ll greet customers, answer questions, handle the register, check inventory, stock shelves, maintain the back stock area, and support a positive, teamwork-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey Deckers Brands values.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Excellent team building skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.

• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
