Job summary

You will manage daily store operations, assist customers on the floor, operate the POS, monitor inventory, and maintain Visual Merchandising standards while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to customers and team.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Answer customer questions and explain return policy.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked.
• Merchandise products according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean back-stock and break areas.
• Promote a positive work environment and recognize performance.
• Adhere to safety and store policies.
