Job summary

The Lovesac Company in Virginia Beach is seeking a Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, and guide them through the Lovesac selling process to close sales and build lasting relationships.

You will operate daily store tasks, maintain visual standards, and use store systems to prioritize work, while delivering exceptional service during peak hours, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is required.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and nights to meet demand.
• Able to travel as required by the Company in its sole discretion.
• Proficient with technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.
• Able to stand, walk, and assist with furniture handling up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while executing the Lovesac selling process.
