Lovesac is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to connect with customers and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment in Virginia Beach. You will deliver exceptional service, explain Lovesac products, and help customers design spaces that fit their lifestyle.

You will work weekends/holidays as needed, demonstrate product knowledge, and contribute to a high-energy team focused on customer satisfaction, growth, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Able to work during high-traffic periods including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to use technology for sales and customer support, including product demonstrations and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and actively sell using Lovesac processes to build a strong pipeline.
• Drive sales by building genuine connections and driving loyalty and repeat business.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, deliver exceptional service, and foster lasting relationships.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and create a fun, engaging in-store experience to close sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution and strong decision-making.
