Crossmark Inc. is seeking an in-store Associate in Minnesota to perform food and non-food demonstrations, learn products, and interact with customers in a professional manner.

The role covers up to 25 hours weekly in retail settings. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with basic computer skills and ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Compensation is $19.00 per hour with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.

Responsabilités

• Possesses the aptitude and ability to gain adequate knowledge of the products represented.
• Intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances (microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, knives).
• Maintain a clean, safe work station and professional appearance.
• Set up Event Table for execution and ensure 100% execution on tasks.
• Assist with client visits and audits; build rapport with store personnel.
• Submit expense reports and complete online requirements on time.
• Access internet and company systems (Outlook, Word, PDFs).
