Job summary

Crossmark Inc. in Minnesota seeks a part-time Associate to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn products, serve and engage customers, and maintain professional appearance. You will handle event equipment and assist store management as needed.

The role is up to 25 hours per week, with requirements including a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and food safety certification if required. Prior demo or retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Proficient ability to use a personal computer and mobile device.
• Food Safety Certification may be required depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies for demonstrations.
• Communicate with store management about upcoming events when supervisor is absent.
• Serve, demonstrate, intercept and sell products to consumers in a professional manner.
• Prepare foods using raw products and small appliances while following safety guidelines.
• Set up and prepare the Event Table for execution and complete all assigned work.
