Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, is seeking a Lead Event Specialist for part-time, in-store demos at Sam's Club. You will engage customers, showcase product features, and lead demo activities while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You’ll join a flexible, part-time role with weekly pay, training, and opportunities for advancement in a retail environment that values teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail, customer service, food service, hospitality, product demonstrations, or team leadership is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Food Safety Certification required; additional food handling certifications may be required by local regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples while following food safety standards.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
• Support team members and serve as the in-store point of contact when a supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and support client visits and audits.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
