Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, offers a part-time Lead Event Specialist role at Sam's Club locations. You will conduct product demonstrations, engage customers, serve samples, and assist with event operations while fostering teamwork and leadership skills.

No prior demo experience is required; training is provided. This position emphasizes flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certification required; local regulations may require additional certifications.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds, occasional up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples while following food safety standards.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
• Support team members and serve as the in-store point of contact when a supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and support client visits and audits.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
