Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, is hiring a Lead Event Specialist for Sam's Club demonstrations. You will interact with customers, provide samples, and support event operations in-store. Leadership development and weekly pay are highlighted perks.

No prior demo experience is required; training is provided. This part-time role focuses on product engagement, customer service, and team support within a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail, customer service, food service, hospitality, product demonstrations, or team leadership is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples while following food safety standards.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
• Support team members and serve as the in-store point of contact when a supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and support client visits and audits.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
