Job summary

Product Connections, part of the Acosta Group, is seeking a Lead Event Specialist for in-store product demonstrations at Sam's Club. You will interact with customers, provide samples, support event operations, and serve as a resource for teammates.

The role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and career advancement opportunities, with part-time benefits and a dynamic retail environment. No prior demo experience required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail, customer service, food service, hospitality, product demonstrations, or team leadership experience is a plus but not required.
• Food Safety Certification required; additional certifications may be needed by local regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Proficient with smartphone/tablet/computer for scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples while following food safety standards.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
• Support team members and act as in-store point of contact when a supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and support client visits and audits.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
