Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Greenbelt, MD is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will work one-on-one with children and families, following treatment plans developed by a BCBA to promote meaningful skills.

You will receive paid training and ongoing BCBA supervision, with opportunities for professional development within our supportive team in home and community settings around Greenbelt.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Background check requirements must be met.
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism under BCBA plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills in sessions.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Share observations with supervising BCBA and participate in supervision.
• Engage in team meetings and maintain professional relationships with families.
