Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part-Time Physician to provide in-home health evaluations. You will engage with patients in their homes, perform history reviews and physicals, and coordinate with health plans.

Opportunities include travel within licensed states and occasional virtual visits. The role emphasizes compassionate interactions, a flexible schedule, and participation in a nationwide clinician network dedicated to improving health outcomes.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Visit patients in their homes for in-home health evaluations (approximately 45 minutes).
• Conduct physical evaluations and review medical history.
• Perform diagnostic tests as ordered by health plan and coordinate with care teams.
• Travel locally and within licensed states as needed; conduct virtual visits when required.
