Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, invites you to join our team as a Part Time Physician performing in-home health evaluations. You will connect with members in the comfort of their homes, review medical history and medications, conduct physical assessments, and coordinate with health plans to bridge care gaps.

The role involves flexible local travel to licensed states and virtual visits as needed, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining high safety and quality

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses preferred.
• MDs and DOs are eligible to apply.

Responsibilities

• Join a national network of clinicians delivering in-home health evaluations.
• Visit individuals in their homes and conduct comprehensive health assessments.
• Provide diagnostic and preventive services as indicated by patient needs and health plan.
