Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, seeks a Part-Time Physician to perform in-home health evaluations. You will visit members in their homes, review medications and medical history, perform physical evaluations, and provide diagnostic and preventive services as indicated.

The role requires active medical licensure and multi-state flexibility, with expected weekly hours around 29.5. Travel within licensed states is required, and some virtual visits may be conducted as needed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Signify Health as a clinician.
• Travel locally and within licensed states as needed.
