Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in coverage area.
• Multi-state licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join a national network of clinicians delivering in-home health evaluations.
• Travel locally and within licensed states as needed.
• Use iPad with clinical workflow to conduct evaluations and reviews.
• Perform virtual visits when required.
• Provide diagnostic and preventive services as indicated.
