Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part Time Physician to provide in-home health evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care.

The visit typically lasts about 45 minutes and includes a medication history review, physical examination, and optional diagnostic tests as ordered by the health plan. Travel within licensed states is required, with visits conducted using an iPad and a streamlined workflow.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
• Multi-state licenses (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations with a 45‑minute visit window.
• Review medication history and medical history during each evaluation.
• Perform physical examinations as ordered by the patient's health plan.
• Administer and interpret basic diagnostic tests as ordered (e.g., spirometry, diabetes eye exams).
• Utilize Signify Health workflows on an iPad for each evaluation.
• Travel locally to patients' homes and conduct virtual visits as needed.
