Job summary

Illuminate is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children and adolescents with ASD. You will track progress during sessions, keeping a fun and energetic approach while supporting families.

This part-time role offers balanced schedules and opportunities for professional growth. The position emphasizes reliability, transportation to client homes, and comfort with using mobile devices to record data, with compensation ranging from $18.00 to $25.00

Qualifications

• Recent experience working with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must maintain open and flexible availability across multiple days and times throughout the week to support client scheduling needs, including daytime, after-school, and evening sessions as assigned.
• You'll need personal and reliable transportation & must be comfortable driving to client homes
• Access and ability to use a smartphone or similar device with internet services capable of capturing client session data
