Illuminate is seeking a Behavior Technician/RBT to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children and adolescents with ASD. You will track client progress, communicate effectively with families, and adapt activities to support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living tasks.

The role offers flexible scheduling, daytime to evening sessions, and travel between client homes.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities.
• Flexible scheduling across multiple days and times.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Comfort with using a smartphone to capture data.
• Comfort with providing in-home services.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Engage with children using behavior support plans and maintain safety.
• Travel between client locations as needed.
• Maintain professional conduct and documentation of sessions.
