Job summary

Behavioral Health Works seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and adolescents with ASD through in-home ABA therapy. You will help teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills in a family-centered setting.

The role is part-time (10–15 hours per week) with after-3 PM availability, travel to client sessions, and opportunities for growth. Benefits include tuition discounts with partnered universities and various voluntary programs.
