Job summary

Illuminate is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver in-home ABA therapy for children and adolescents with ASD. You will implement therapy plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and BCBAs in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Recent experience working with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.
• Must maintain open and flexible availability across multiple days and times.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions using electronic data capture.
• Communicate effectively with families and team members.
• Engage actively with children and implement behavior support plans.
