Job summary

Illuminate is seeking a Behavior Technician/RBT to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD. You’ll help teach communication, social, and daily living skills while tracking progress and staying flexible to family schedules.

Part-time role with 10–15 hours weekly, compensation $18–$25 per hour, daytime/evening availability, and travel to client homes. A current RBT certification is preferred; you’ll join a supportive, growth-minded team.

Qualifications

• 6 months of recent experience as a Behavior Technician or similar role with children.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Flexible availability across days/times including day, after-school, and evenings.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Ability to capture session data on a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Collaborate with families and supervise staff when needed.
• Follow behavior support plans and document activities.
