Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) in Gig Harbor, WA for 20 hours/week of in-home and school-based ABA therapy. Pay is $25.00–$28.00/hour with opportunities for hybrid or virtual cases as the program grows.

You will receive ongoing supervision from experienced BCBAs and RBT certification support. The role requires active WA CBT certification, reliability, and the ability to work with a preschool-age client.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification — REQUIRED.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data.
• Reliable transportation to the client's location.
• Willingness to provide in-person services.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in future hybrid or virtual ABA opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Deliver services in the client's home and/or school.
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
