Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) in Aberdeen, WA for 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and schools. The role emphasizes compassionate care, data-driven progress, and collaboration with BCBA supervision. In-person services are primary, with potential future hybrid or virtual opportunities as the program grows.

Competitive hourly pay and ongoing supervision support are provided; prior WA CBT certification is mandatory for consideration.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification is REQUIRED.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Deliver services in clients' homes and school settings.
• Collect session data and complete documentation within 24 hours of each session.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment.
• Follow all company policies and maintain confidentiality.
