Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) in Puyallup to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and schools. This part-time role offers in-person services with a typical schedule around 20 hours per week, with potential for additional hours through multiple client cases.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification is REQUIRED.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data.
• Reliable transportation to the client's location.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed.
• Willingness to provide in-person services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Deliver services in the client's home and/or school.
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
