Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and schools in Gig Harbor. This part-time role focuses on preschool-aged clients, with approximately 20 hours per week, M-F 8-12.

You'll work under BCBA supervision, collect data in Rethink within 24 hours, and collaborate with families and school staff. In-person service is required, with opportunities for hybrid or virtual cases as the program grows.

Qualifications

• Must have active Washington State CBT certification and be able to provide in-home and school-based ABA services.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting data.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Deliver services in the client's home and/or school.
• Collect session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Follow all company policies while maintaining confidentiality.
