Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions in Everett, WA is seeking Certified Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and schools under BCBA supervision.

This part-time, in-person role pays $25.00–$28.00 per hour with about 20 hours weekly, and may include additional hours or future hybrid/virtual cases.

Candidates must hold active WA CBT certification, have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and strong communication; prior ABA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification is REQUIRED.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data.
• Willingness to provide in-person services.
• Reliable transportation to the client's location.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Two or more years of ABA experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Deliver services in the client's home and/or school.
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
