Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a part-time Certified Behavior Technician to deliver ABA-based interventions in homes or community settings in Washington state. The role operates Monday through Friday, 1pm–4pm, with compensation at USD 21.00–25.00 per hour and supervision by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Ideal candidates hold a BCBA certificate, have a minimum of two years of relevant experience, and possess a valid driver's license plus reliable

Qualifications

Must have a certified behavior technician certificate.
Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation/insurance.
Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs in home/community settings.
Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other goals.
Track client progress and program data.
Adhere to Company Policy and Procedures and confidentiality.
