Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism, through in-home and community ABA services. You will implement interventions, collect data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client outcomes and independence.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of HIPAA and maintaining confidentiality.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
• Use ABA techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors.
• Maintain confidential client records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care coordination.
