Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. Provide in-home and community-based ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism, under supervision of a BCBA.

You will implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and support development of care plans while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. This role offers flexible part-time hours, travel within the South Charleston area, and opportunities for

Qualificações

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
Utilize ABA techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care coordination.
