Job summary

Easterseals Northern California is seeking a part-time in-home/teletherapy ABA provider. You will deliver evidence-based intervention to children with autism in home and community settings, and maintain thorough documentation of progress and data.

The role requires traveling to multiple sites, coordinating with families and supervisors, and staying current with best practices in ABA. A valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient with standard computer software and data documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home/community-based ABA services in person and via teletherapy.
• Complete behavioral data collection, graphing, and documentation within required timeframes.
• Implement current treatment plans and stay current with ABA research and trends.
• Travel to multiple sites and coordinate with families and supervisors.
