Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking Behavior Interventionists to provide in-home ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. You will work afternoons and some weekends, delivering therapy under supervision and continuing education through ongoing training.

Applicants must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, be able to pass background checks and drug screens, and provide immunization records.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for working with children.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs desired.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proven ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Immunization records and TB clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home ABA-based sessions to children on the autism spectrum.
• Observe, assess, and interact with participants during sessions.
• Travel to family homes for therapy visits and set up sessions.
• Attend initial 2-week training schedule (M-F, ~35 hours).
