Qualifications

• Passion for working with children.
• Experience with children or people with special needs.
• Availability for afternoons/early evenings and some weekend mornings.
• Must have own reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Immunization records and TB clearance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to complete initial 2-week training (M-F, ~35 hours).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home ABA therapy sessions to children.
• Observe and assess progress during sessions.
• Collaborate with families to implement behavior plans.
