Job summary

Easterseals Northern California is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to support children with autism and other developmental disabilities in home and community settings. Under supervision, you will implement in-home interventions and collaborate with a clinical team to help clients meet treatment goals and improve learning outcomes.

This part-time role requires empathy, reliable transportation, and the ability to document progress, collect data, and communicate with families.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Knowledge of diverse populations and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements in-home/community-based intervention in person and/or via teletherapy.
• Travels to home and other community settings to deliver services.
• Meets established productivity requirements while providing efficient and effective service.
• Completes documentation including behavioral data collection and graphing, treatment notes, and other client records.
• Keeps current with new ABA research and trends; attends staff trainings.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by Supervisors/Management.
