Job summary

Easterseals Northern California is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to support children with Autism and other developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will collaborate with clinicians to create a rich learning environment where progress and treatment goals are achieved, and families are empowered through education and support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children with developmental delays preferred.
• RBT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement in-home or community-based intervention under supervision.
• Travel to client homes and community settings to deliver services.
• Meet productivity requirements while providing effective services.
• Complete documentation within required timeframes, including data collection and notes.
• Stay current with ABA research and developments; participate in trainings and meetings.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by Supervisors/Management.
