Easterseals Southern California is seeking Behavior Interventionists to deliver in-home ABA-based therapy to children on the autism spectrum. You will work afternoon/evening hours, with occasional weekend mornings, and receive ongoing training and defined career paths.

Applicants must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, immunization records, and TB, plus be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Training schedule is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or people with special needs.
• Availability for afternoons/early evenings and some weekend mornings.
• Must have transportation, license, auto insurance.
• Immunization records and TB required.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Available for initial 2 week training schedule (M-F, ~35 hours).

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home ABA-based therapy sessions to families and children on the autism spectrum.
• Observe, assess, and interact with participants during home visits.
• Participate in ongoing training and follow clearly defined career paths.
