Job summary

Easterseals Northern California is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to provide in-home and community-based ABA support for children with ASD and developmental disabilities. You will work under supervision to implement individualized treatment plans and maintain detailed documentation of progress.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and clinicians, travel to client homes, and adherence to privacy and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Sensitive to working with an ethnically, linguistically, culturally, and economically diverse population; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements in-home/community-based ABA interventions under supervision.
• Travels to client homes and community settings.
• Documents data, treatment notes, and updates plans within required timeframe.
• Attends trainings and meetings; maintains confidentiality.
