Achievement Behavior Servies is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children in their home environment under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on implementing ABA strategies to improve communication, focus, and adaptive behaviors.

You will collaborate with leading ABA professionals and have opportunities to pursue credentials like RBT. Prior experience with ASD and development issues is valued.

Formación

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board preferred
• Strong and multi-tiered stakeholder communication skills
• Adaptability and decisiveness under high-stress situations
• Exhibits professional administrative reliability: punctuality and responsiveness
• Proven experience working with pre-school and elementary school-aged children
• Experience working with patients suffering from Autism and development issues

Responsabilidades

• 1:1 in-home, direct service with a student using ABA approaches (DTT, prompting, modeling, redirection, reinforcements)
• Document progress notes, data collection, and progress on the Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP)
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisor(s) and seek clinical direction and feedback
• Engage with caregivers, clients, supervisors, and coworkers in a respectful manner
