Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services is seeking a part-time ABA Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one in-home therapy for children with ASD. You will work under BCBA supervision, collecting data and implementing individualized behavior plans in the child’s natural home environment.

The role offers flexible after-school hours, potential weekend shifts, and mentorship from experienced ABA professionals. Training and credentialing opportunities, including RBT certification, are provided.

Qualifications

• RBT certificate and safety training required
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Strong communication with families and stakeholders
• Ability to document progress and data per treatment plans

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a child in home setting
• Move through BIP under BCBA supervision
• Collect numerical and qualitative data daily
• Document progress notes aligned with individualized plans
• Collaborate with BCBA and ABA Professionals Network
