Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services seeks ABA Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in their homes. You will be supported by a BCBA and follow individualized treatment plans to boost communication, focus, and adaptive behaviors. Data is collected daily to guide new interventions and goals.

Ideal candidates have RBT certification and relevant training, plus strong communication, reliability, and experience with ASD. Part-time, after-school hours and potential weekend shifts are offered.

Qualifications

• Related fields: ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Human Services.
• RBT certification required; crisis intervention, CPR/First Aid training preferred.
• Strong communication and data recording skills for progress notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA services in the child’s home under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data on communication, focus, and behavior goals daily.
• Contribute to progress notes and adapt interventions as needed.
