Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children in the home environment, under BCBA supervision. You’ll implement ABA strategies, document progress, and help students improve communication, focus and adaptive behavior.

We offer flexible after-school hours, potential weekend work, and opportunities to pursue the RBT credential along with personalized BCBA-led supervision and training.

Qualifications

• Experience working with pre-school and elementary school-aged children.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate preferred.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to document progress notes and data points.

Responsibilities

• Engage in rapport-building and help a student communicate needs.
• Measure and document skill progress on the BIP.
• 1:1 in-home ABA sessions using DTT, prompting, modeling.
• Maintain session documentation, data analysis, and billing.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisor and accept feedback.
• Communicate respectfully with families, supervisors, and staff.
