Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience as facilities/custodial manager or supervisor.
• Experience scheduling a large union staff and knowledge of cleaning equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and assigns daily work schedules per business needs.
• Generates and reviews timesheets; tracks labor hours.
• Oversees cleaning staff during events to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Inspects facility for cleanliness and policy adherence.
• Reviews invoices and maintains inventory records.
• Collaborates with departments to coordinate workforce.
• Develops and trains new staff; supports special projects.
• Manage up to 120 cleaning staff including restroom attendants.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences while on-site.
