Sphere Entertainment Co. is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for Premium operations in Las Vegas.

You will lead front-line team members at suites and catering, ensuring exceptional guest service during events and maintaining a safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing work environment. The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in an entertainment venue, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach staff, manage schedules, and drive sales while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Candidates with a minimum of 60 credit hours of college-level coursework or equivalent certifications are preferred.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in events or entertainment venues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in reports and staff performance documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily supervision of front-line team in premium Food & Beverage locations.
• Support suites and catering departments; adapt as business dictates.
• Execute operations during events with high service standards.
• Utilize POS and catering software to place and manage orders.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development for staff.
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and health guidelines.
• Schedule staff and assist with payroll as needed.
• Maintain inventory and ensure product quality.
