Job summary

Alliance East LLC is seeking a full-time Janitor in Las Vegas, NV. You will perform daily cleaning, sanitation of restrooms and common areas, waste disposal, and assist with event-related cleanup to keep facilities welcoming for guests.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior cleaning experience is a plus; you will join a maintenance team at our busy Las Vegas location committed to delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Janitor or similar role is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and products.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure our facilities are pristine.
• Clean and sanitize common areas, restrooms, and high-traffic spaces.
• Dispose of waste and recycling materials responsibly.
• Assist with move-in and move-out cleaning for events and accommodations.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure all areas are safe and compliant with health and safety regulations.
