Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate janitorial staff across shifts and buildings.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Assist in managing daily operations and contract activities.
• Ensure services meet contract specs and customer requirements.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules, assignments, and staffing for coverage.
• Set and communicate performance expectations and productivity standards.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections for service excellence.
• Manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and assets.
• Maintain building security and key control procedures.
• Address service delivery issues and customer concerns promptly.
• Participate in safety training and site safety activities.
• Maintain positive customer relations through regular communication.
• Coordinate conference room setups and event support.
• Plan and supervise event setup/breakdown per specifications.
• Ensure event spaces are reset post-events.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
