Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Florence, KY is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist (Dip Clerk) for part-time work up to 25 hours per week. You will hand-dip cones, shakes, malts and other items while providing the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience.

You will also support efficient store operations and safety during your shift. The role requires at least 16 years old, strong customer service skills, and basic cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Experience in guest service is a plus.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and handle money accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide signature Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Dip, prepare shakes/malts, cups/cones, sundaes and other items.
• Operate POS system and gas console, handle transactions and coupons.
• Keep shelves and dip cabinet stocked and presentable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety.
