Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist (Dip Clerk) for part-time work in Cincinnati, OH. You will hand-dip cones, shakes, and malts, serve Guests with the Hi Five experience, and operate POS and gas console during shifts. Must be 16 or older and able to lift and handle cold temperatures.

The role requires accurate cash handling, friendly customer service, and adherence to on-site policies while working 25 hours or less per week across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Must speak and understand English to communicate with customers.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle coins, cash, checks and credit transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cones and other dip items.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately and securely.
• Stock shelves and dip cabinet, maintain cleanliness and rotate stock.
• Support store safety and cash handling procedures.
