Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment and read simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and follow the five phases of The Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Prepare hand-dipped cones, shakes, malts, and food service items.
• Operate the POS system and gas console accurately and efficiently.
• Keep shelves, freezers, and dip cabinets stocked and presentable.
• Assist with store maintenance, safety, and cleanliness.
• Complete time records and related documentation as required.
